Easy to use, worked out fine

Needed a content writer for my blog. Signed up on Balkan Freelance, posted the job, and the AI Asistent helped me write a good description. Found a few good options pretty fast. Had a quick chat with one through the messaging thing. Hired them, and the work was delivered on time. It was all pretty straightforward, no big fuss. Payments went through without a hitch. Happy with how it turned out.

Consistent platform

I've used Balkan Freelance for several projects now, mostly for smaller graphic design and translation jobs. This time, I needed a custom recruitment solution for a larger task. The platform is consistently reliable. The Freelancer Profiles are always detailed, which helps a lot. The Employer Dashboard is familiar and easy to navigate, just like my previous experiences. The direct messaging system keeps communication clear. It's my go-to for Balkan talent.

Good AI Matching

Used the AI Matching System for a small project. It found a good candidate quickly. Interface was straightforward. Everything went smoothly.

Good for finding talent

Used the AI Matching System to find a web developer last month. The system worked well. Got good candidates quickly. Signed up for the Premium Membership. It was worth it. Saved time.

Pretty easy to use

I was looking for someone to help with a design task and decided to give Balkan Freelance a try. Posting the job was surprisingly easy, didn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops. The AI Assistant helped me refine the job description, which was a nice touch. Found a freelancer in a few days and the communication was decent through their direct messaging system. Overall, it was a pretty chill experience.

Seamless hiring experience

I used Balkan Freelance to hire a graphic designer for a project. The whole process, from posting the job to final payment, was smooth. The AI Matching System suggested several strong candidates, and I appreciated the Skill Assessments feature which helped narrow down the choices. Communication with the freelancer through the Direct Messaging System was easy, and the Secure Payment Escrow gave me peace of mind. Delivery was prompt, and the quality of work was excellent. The platform's Employer Dashboard was intuitive, making project management straightforward. I received an invoice for the service and it was all clear. Definitely a solid platform for hiring.

Worth the annual discount

As a first-time user, I was looking for the best deal. I opted for the annual subscription for their Premium Membership because of the discount, which saved me a good chunk of money compared to monthly. The 'first project discount' also helped cut down initial costs. The Talent Search Filters were very useful for narrowing down candidates. I felt like I got good value for my money, especially with the secured payment escrow. The investment paid off.

Decent service, slow payment

I hired a freelancer for a content writing gig through Balkan Freelance. The AI Matching System worked well, and I found a qualified person fast. The Project Management Tools were helpful for keeping track of progress. However, the secure payment escrow took a bit longer to process the release after project completion than I expected. It wasn't a huge delay, but it felt a little drawn out. Otherwise, a solid platform for hiring.
